Sky joined the community in early 2021 and was publicly recognized as a Litentry Light Ranger in November 2021. He continued providing voluntary moderation and community support through August 2026.

His contributions included:

• Moderating community channels and removing spam;
• Identifying and restricting phishing or harmful content;
• Answering community questions;
• Supporting users during the Litentry crowdloan period;
• Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate team members; and
• Maintaining community support through multiple changes in the project and its teams.

Sky states that this work was performed voluntarily and without previous compensation. His original request was a one-time payment valued at $1,250 USD.

This grant covers historical voluntary contributions through August 2026. It is separate from any future employment, moderator role, or compensation arrangement.

To reduce the effect of short-term token-price volatility, the team used the average HEI/USD daily closing price over the 14 most recent completed UTC days from 18 August through 31 August 2026.

Meaning of the Council Vote
